Privacy notice

This notice explains how OJ Services (“we”) handles your personal information when you use this website or contact us. We keep things simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we use it to reply to you and do the work you ask for.

What we collect

When you request a quote — by the form on this site, phone, WhatsApp or email — we receive the details you provide: typically your name, phone number, postcode and a description of the job. This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking, so simply browsing it sends us nothing.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and keep the records we're required to keep (for example invoices and gas safety records). The legal bases are taking steps to enter a contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the business. We don't use your details for marketing and we never sell them.

Who we share it with

No one, except the service providers that make contact possible (our email, phone and website hosting providers) and where the law requires it — for example, gas safety records that must be lodged or retained.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Records of work carried out are kept as long as tax and gas-safety rules require, then deleted.

Photos of our work

We sometimes showcase completed jobs on this site. We only publish photos or videos of work at your property with your agreement, and we don't include names or addresses.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — just email Ollie@ojservices.co.uk or call 07305 971841. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
